Buckle up for a wild ride...! This is a highly unusual, fierce little miniature in charm form dating to the later 1800s, depicting a horse with flaming gold mane, glittering with rose cut diamonds set in silver (still sparkly, with an antique silvery hue). The glowing ruby eye, open mouth and mane of fire make the horse look like it might be galloping along at full speed, leaving a trail of flames in its wake. What a great talisman for a wild child.

The fiery mane tests as higher carat and is solid gold, along with the backing of the pendant which is a thin sheet of gold and not just plating.

MEASUREMENTS: 14mm side to side, approx 13mm total drop including the bail ring. 0.92g in weight.
