As you can see, this is quite a beautiful and sentimental piece with a unique, probably one-of-a-kind design.

Made in Victorian England c1870, it tests as approx 14K solid gold throughout, and is of hollow construction with faceted sides - watch the video to see how these glitter!

The centrepiece is a bow-like crossover piece, beautifully enamelled with turquoise/baby-blue enamel and etched with very fine swirling foliate patterns.

Suspended from this is the original matching locket drop, with quite adorable little swirls of sentimental hair behind the perfect unbroken glass at present (could be removed/replaced if you prefer).

Really quite special!

The body of the bracelet has two sprung hinges, so it can be expanded to fit over the wrist then closes itself. The crossover piece is attached to the bottom half of the bracelet and gently hugs the other to keep it in place.

MEASUREMENTS: Just under 6 1/4" around the inside when at rest, and will expand to fit a maximum wrist size of 6.5" - any larger than that and it may not fit into its bow 'holster' properly. Shown on a small wrist of just over 5.5".

Locket 11/16" in diameter. 18.2g in weight, it feels nicely made but not heavy or chunky and is easy to wear.

CONDITION: Very lovely antique condition, no condition issues at all, other than a couple of little dints/shallow dimples (about three of them) on one of the faceted sides - see last photo. Due to the faceting, these are quite hard to see in wear. Please view all close up photos and video, feel free to request more.

Personally, I would consider this a collectable piece to wear for special occasions, in order to keep it in such lovely order, rather than every day wear!
