This extremely pretty and feminine little piece boasts one of the tiniest and cutest locket compartments we've ever seen! To the rear of the gem-set drop, it has a tiny crystal measuring less than 5mm across, and as a bonus for those who like to re-use, is vacant.

The main section is formed as an infinity knot/snake shape with an engraved surface, set with a very pale blue aqua, which has a lovely clear glitter, and the tiny puffy drop with a pretty pink gemstone, testing as somewhere in the tourmaline range. Both guaranteed natural gems.

Tested as 15K solid gold, with lengths of slinky snake chain to the top in a higher carat, ~18K. It dates to the earlier half of the 1800s, likely the early Victorian era c1840s.

We have added a larger gold jump ring in case the new owner wants to enhance or swap the current top ring (see last photo), which is on the small side!

MEASUREMENTS: 1 5/8" total drop, 1" side to side. 2.4g in weight.

CONDITION: Lovely, wearable condition for its great age, please view all close-up photos. Any display forms/chains shown are for display purposes only.
