This fabulous chunky silver (unmarked, tested) chain necklace is similar to a Georgian Regency link, but we suspect it's actually later - the substantial, plain barrel clasp looks more Victorian. Textured links are intricately interwoven with smooth links in a twisting rope-like pattern. There is significant dark silver patination developed over the years which we have only given a light polish, giving it a gentle silver shine with dark reliefs. A very nice and weighty chain, perfect for layering or pairing with a large pendant.
 
MEASUREMENTS: 17.5" end to end laid flat, approx 1/4" chain width. 30.5g in weight.
